Private Beta

Thanks for testing awkifir.

Quick context on what this is:

awkifir is a Chrome extension that tracks how much water your AI usage costs. Every time you use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, there's a real environmental impact. The extension makes that visible and routes small donations to charities based on what you actually use.

To be clear — the donations are tiny. Fractions of a cent per query. The true purpose is awareness at scale: get enough people seeing the impact and being part of the solution.

Testing awkifir is completely free for you - you will be using a dummy credit card and billing is all for testing purposes. Not real money is exchanged.

What I need from you

Use it normally for a few days, then tell me what's wrong. Specifically:

  • The website — does the messaging make sense? Does anything feel off or confusing?
  • The extension — does tracking work? Do settings behave? Any bugs?
  • Anything unintuitive — if you had to stop and figure something out, that's a bug in my design.

No real charges during the beta. The test card goes through Stripe's sandbox — everything works end to end, but nothing hits a real account. Thanks for doing this.
